These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "you") and day4d (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming service accessible at https://day4d.cam (the "Site"). 5.1 Deposits

• day4d accepts deposits via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

5.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible, to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no platform-side fee charged on standard withdrawal transactions.
• Standard withdrawal requests submitted to verified bank accounts and e-wallets are processed within fifteen minutes to twenty-four hours under normal conditions. Processing times may be extended during public holidays such as Idul Fitri and Indonesian Independence Day (17 August).

Either party may terminate the relationship governed by this Agreement as follows:

• By You: You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closing, you are advised to withdraw any remaining Real Money Balance. Accounts with pending KYC holds cannot be closed until the verification process is complete.
• By day4d: day4d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we determine that you have breached any provision of this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory obligation.
• Effect of Termination: Upon Account closure, any Bonus Funds and associated winnings not yet meeting wagering requirements will be forfeited. This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which day4d holds its operating license. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days of a formal complaint being lodged, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause prevents day4d from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

day4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Site at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Site and close your Account before the effective date.
